All Breakdown issues must be reported to Driver Services at 866-401-2225. 

Email Joplindispatch@unimarktransport.com the details of the issue, must follow-up after calling it into Driver Services.

As updates related to breakdown become available, they must be reported to Driver Services so they can keep Unimark dispatch team informed.

Only if you are still delivering to final, Driver Services must be responsible to close out your load once you are released. NEVER clear a breakdown unit with the Driver Trip app.
