Driver Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience: Must have 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor – trailer experience within the last 24 months or 2 years OTR experience within the last 5 years. We will consider other experience on a case-by-case basis.
• License: Must possess a valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples endorsement.
• Violations: No major moving violations within the last 36 months.
• Background: Must not have any felony, DUI or drug related convictions within the past five (5) years, no more than one (1) in a lifetime and none ever in a commercial motor vehicle.  If the applicant has a felony, misdemeanor, DUI or drug related conviction more than five (5) years old and meets the lifetime and motor vehicle criteria, the applicant must provide proper Canadian permits that would allow him/her to legally cross the border without incident before the applicant can be considered for employment.
• Accidents: No more than 1 preventable accident within the last 36 months.  No rear-end accidents ever (commercial or personal vehicle).
• Physical Requirements: Must pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen.
• Canada: Must be able to obtain a passport.
