Arrival at Delivery
Before you proceed to undeck trucks, check with the customer to make sure you are following their yard procedures.
Double-check VIN #s to make sure you are at the correct location and delivering the correct truck.
Freightliner Loads:
If a wrecker is needed, you will need to contact Driver Services to report the use of a wrecker and the reason it was used.
Make sure to check with the customer on where to leave the z bars so that they are not in the customer’s way causing a wrecker to be called to move it.
Before you leave the location, make sure to scan your DR and equipment using your Driver Trip app.
