Joplin Dispatch assigns or emails you a travel plan and where you are to pick up your next load. If you are unsure, make sure you send an email to request confirmation of where your next load should be from. Plan your travel back to a terminal as if you were trip planning a load. You want to make sure you have enough time to arrive within dispatch hours at the terminals. If picking up from another location that is not a Unimark terminal, make sure you contact the customer to make arrangements and request any info needed to be able to pick up the unit.

Once you have load in your possession, go to your Driver Trip app and make sure that current load info is showing. If it is not, touch the refresh option and a new load should appear. Also, this is when you make sure your ETA is correct. If correction is needing, ask for assistance at the terminal or send an email to Joplin Dispatch.
