Home Time Requests:
The request must be received with 24hr advance notice prior to the day you are scheduled to complete your load. Please provide a return date when available.
The request must be sent with the Home Time Request Form.

Time off Policy:
For every 5 days worked, you accrue 2 days off. Time off may be used in a maximum of 14 days, any longer must be approved by dispatch.
