Drivers must use the Driver Lodging app to locate in-network hotels and use CLC as a payment method. Any out-of-network hotels or ones paid with cash/CC must have approval from Dispatch before submitting the trip to payroll.

EFS card can be used for hotel incidentals, but you must submit a request via email to Joplin Dispatch so the card can be opened in order for the transaction to go through.
